We try to make some conclusions regarding rendering fountains on default
map:

The discussion is rendering centered, but we need some tagging hints to
resolve it properly.
The main issue is that some fountains are in fact big (named) area with
many nozzles. This leads me to render amenity=fountain with just a name
and an icon, not including water basin (which can be reasonably tagged
as water=*) and maybe all the individual nozzles tagged as
amenity=nozzle (and rendered as a blue dot, probably with an icon on
maximum zoom level)?
