that's what I told you initially, you said tagging a node would be "wrong" and 
I replied it depends on the region. In Italy it seems they really associate a 
number to (most) entrances. Even more crazy, I have seen a number of places 
(different towns/villages) where the existing, old numbering  was changed 
(strike through of old, often stone engraved number and new number with paint 
or adhesive sticker). I cannot imagine any reason if not to deliberately create 
confusion ;-)

well, that side of the road is harder to interpret, you can't really see 
"property" on the road (typically the property of a house like this is divided 
between many parties), but the hotel is very likely one property (here numbers 
5 and 7).

maybe these are 2A-2D and you can't see it from street view resolution wise.

I map what I see and leave interpretation to others, no number is not a problem
