I guess you have never tried to find a tag description on the wiki then. You will just have to imagine having open 3 very long pages of approved / proposed / abandoned proposals and searching for something which just approximates a particular type of "amenity" - let's assume its the workplace of an osteopath, and reading all the tags trying to decide whether this has its own tag already, or if it belongs with some other similar ones - say "physical therapists" or "allied health".
