You can now find much of my content from Ambisonia at:

under the "Contributed Audio" menu item. More will appear as I build
the pages, and the format will very likely change as I try to make
nicer templates for the purpose.
Richard Lee's documents from Ambisonia are also available on the same
site under the "Contributed Information" item on the menu, with his
permission.
I do not intend to build this into a site like Ambisonia on which
anyone can add material; however, I am happy to add material from
anyone who would like it to be available in this way, and hope in a
while at least to be able to give suitable editing access to such
people (though I would set it up manually).
I have copies of all the material from Ambisonia, so if anyone would
simply like me to make their material available again in this (for now)
limited format, I could do that fairly quickly, on request.
