If you have the bookmarks.html file, open the Bookmarks Manager (as I
indicated earlier). On the Bookmarks Manager menu bar, select [Tools >
Import HTML]. On the Import Wizard popup dialogue, select the File
radio button and then the Next button. On the Import Bookmarks File
file-selection window, navigate to the bookmarks.html file and select
it. The rest should be easy.
