I've was always taught to hang from the vertical leg of a purlin. We have a case where there will be a barrier installed, and the bottom flange is the "only" place to hang. If I'm reading the data sheet for Sammy Sidewinders it looks like there are a couple options, 2" & 3" pipe. Thoughts?
