Is it possible to define rules on arbitrary headers in Outlook 2000? I thought not.
If you choose to have some "[spam ...]" text prepended to the Subject, it will only be added if the message actually _has_ been flagged as spam (as defined by your threshold).
As long as the spam level remains under your threshold, the Subject is unaltered.
