Since we don't have SpamAssassin installed presently, could someone give me to the output for the above command or point me to better documentation on changing markup? I'd like to review it. Any other feedback on this procedure would also be appreciated.

(note for future reference: there might be minor discrepancies from time to time between the webpages and the latest release, but they generally track each other well and any differences are short lived. It's usually best to use the manpages on your machine, not the web, as the primary reference for your version of SA)
