Care to cc a copy to the SA list? Hopefully you don't mean that you were antagonistic. Too many open source advocates sound like the crazy aunt in the attic, which alienates the corporate decision makers.
Speaking of which, is there a Power Point presentation somewhere on the SA site to sell SA to the PHB's? Much as I hate it, that's what they're addicted to and that's what it seems to take to convince them that a product is "real" for enterprise use.
