hrm.  if you have msgcount, either you're running 2.5x, or you have 2.6x
and the db upgrade attempt is failing.  you can tell if you run with -D.

it sounds like SA was upgraded ot 2.60, but DB_File wasn't installed.

you can try 'perl -e "use DB_File"'.  doesn't guarantee it'll work for
SA, but you'll know if it's installed.
