Upgraded to 2.60-rc3 via rpm packages I built from source.
When looking at some of my users I see this, for their bayse dbase, when I
run:
sa-learn --dump

Output:
0.000 0 0 0 non-token data: bayes db version
0.000 0 73 0 non-token data: nspam
0.000 0 21 0 non-token data: nham

Which indicates they are using the older version of the bayes dbase?

On other users I see that the bayes dbase is version 2:

0.000 0 2 0 non-token data: bayes db version
0.000 0 1078 0 non-token data: nspam
0.000 0 713 0 non-token data: nham

I this because:
The user is still running v0 of the dbase?
They have not hit the 200 spam/ham limit to start using bayes?

They don't have a bayes_journal, and they have received mail since I
upgraded.
