Or something un-folds your lines but thats pretty unrealistic as the report is still folded. Are the lines also unfolded in your mail spool? Then it's probably some bug; please report it on bugzilla.spamassassin.org.
Yeah, to avoid being "fooled" again by things like Squirrelmail I was checking the output directly from spamassassin... eg:
spamassassin <spamfile | less
and using the side scrolling feature in less to confirm that its really just one long line....
