This is interesting. It is fraud, not spam. I wonder how many users will
understand that. Nigerian spam could get reported, but I don't think herbal
viagra would constitute a fraud. I'm sure you can have it lab test to find
out it's contents, but often they will have a small print which idemnifies
them of any wrong doing.  

There is a fine line between a spam, a scam, and a fraud. 

I find it funny how they say people should contact the local police about a
fraud. I'm sure they would love it if I called them up and told them about
Mr. Mabotba and his murdered father the President of Ziaire. :)

I might just call them Monday to see if they have an internet fraud Dept.
You never know.
