Well that was some fun calls :) Scam would be a pyramid scheme. You get some $, but the people who started it get the most. Fraud would be you simply losing all your money.
Called: Local PD: No Internet fraud Dept. You have to call FBI. Local FBI office: They handle hacking. They call Secret service for fraud. Local Secret Service office: Only interested if someone fell for the scam. Crime has to be committed. (Last I checked attempt to commit fraud was a crime.) I'm waiting on a call back from the Attorney Generals office. They have a "High Tech Crime" office. I feel the Secret Service policy is reactive only and will never solve the problem. The results were what I expected.
