Actually you cannot compare them so since a spam may also be a scam or fraud, or it may be advertising something legal.


spam is the UCE or otherwise unsolicited bulk mail

the scam or fraud is the possible contents of the spam. I don't know if you can define a difference between scam and fraud. I cannot imagine a scam that is not fraudulent.
