Frauds are not unwanted email. Frauds are schemes to get your money away from you using dishonest means. A fraud can be perpetrated through an unwanted email, but they are two totally different things. Spam can be used to perpetrate a fraud but there are lots of frauds that are prepetrated without email and the email itself is not the fraud, it is the advertisement or vehicle for the fraud.
So, the FBI sites ARE useful to report fraudulent spam to but not because frauds are unwanted email. That is spam.
