Alternatively, just have a config setting that mangles the rule name
(perhaps by applying rot13 - so it can be decoded easily if required),
and display a sanitised description as suggested above.  My feeling is
that this wouldn't be too difficult to implement.

However, I don't believe that the existing developers should consider
this a priority.  But if someone actually put in the work to implement
this, I'd hope the developers would consider including it.
