Hello folks,

I'm using SA now successfully on out exim3-based systems using the dman-hack for the exim.conf.
This is especially usefull for me as I invoke spamc with spamc -u "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and have then a username, for user-configurable whitelists etc. out of a database as sa supports it. (http://dman.ddts.net/~dman/config_docs/exim3_spamassassin.html)

* my first problem is now, I've to do similar on a sendmail machine (cobalt raq4) but I've got no clue, how to do it with sendmail. I need SA to be invoked for every local delivered mail and I need the [EMAIL PROTECTED] as username as in the example above.

* second, in general: As you have seen, we have multiple mailservers with multiple maildomains and a central spamd-server. How would you in this case realize user-configurable whitelist-configs? (Of course I can and possible will write a frontend in PHP to administer the database, but is there a better way for generating the usernames for sa?)

Thank you very much for your answer. I would really appreciate to hear from you, how you handle that stuff with the user-configurable whitelists etc.
