Any pointers as to how to trace email from the headers - they're pretty cryptic to a non IT professional like myself? If fact it would be useful to have a reference explaining the meaning of all the headers - sort of a 'Newbies Guide to Headers', or maybe an RFC!

A hundred pages to describe what boils down to a user pressing "Send" on their free copy of Outlook Express....not light reading, nor are they easy to understand without a common body of knowledge and a sketchpad for drawing diagrams and silly internet clouds. :)
