I would suggest the OPM blocklist is similarly effective.  Definitely use
OPM and SBL at SMTP connect time, if you can.  http://opm.blitzed.org/info

(I can't because I need to collect as much spam as possible.  That's the
tragedy of developing a spamfilter ;)
