The DNSBLs I use at server rejection time are:

 list.dsbl.org
 sbl.spamhaus.org

in that order. The list.dsbl.org is by far the most effective spam
blocking tool I've encountered. It blocks nearly 2000 messages at the
gate per day on my domain (which only has 3 or 4 real addresses in
it.) The SBL list blocks an additional dozen or so per day.

The rest, naturally, are tagged by SA quite effectively (about 30% of
what makes it past those blocks).
