I agree absolutely here. As it happens, this feature has not been removed, *but*: If one's going to hang one's neck out and use CVS software at all, it should be kept up to date - and used with care (i.e., don't decide to use the latest day's update without taking all necessary precautions and testing it first.) The latest days' 2.60-CVS has been improved and modified enormously over April versions - either keep it up to date, or go back to 2.55.
