This is why I'm still using 2.43 right now. I've got it where I want it and
haven't had time to test getting bayes to work with exchange. Here is the
best idea so far.

Setup a spam user on exchange and forward all spam to it. Then allow pop or
imap connections to that account, and one other for ham. Go thru the
accounts and remove any false hits. Use fetchmail on the SA server to get
those emails. then learn those mboxes. 

That is the nicest way I have seen so far. HOWEVER I still think the headers
will be messed up as my gateway machine has already touched them. So I'm not
sure what that would do to the bayes DB. Might have to write a script to
remove all the headers added by my gateway. Sadly no time for that. :(
