Rewriting SA to place the Bayes stuff in a SQL DB instead of the DBM format
it currently uses would be a start - then you could have all your user AND
Bayes details in SQL.

Of course, you'll have to build in timeout code to handle SQL outages/etc,
and convert all the other proggies (e.g sa-learn) over too - but that does
seem doable...
