You might want to direct any anger at you ISP, AT YOUR ISP. This discussion group/list is for those who are working with SA, not trying to fight it.

Ask your question(s) about whitelists here, and you will find kind, cooperative, knowlegable people WILLING TO HELP.

At least, any time *I* have used the list, it has been that way.
