These are frustrated users who are having problems with their ISP's installation of SpamAssassin. Scolding them or insulting them does not help.


I would not be happy if one of my users took the abuse that is sometimes dished out on this list. The problem is that SA, by default, adds info that directs people to the SA site. While informative, this introduces these threads to the list when admins do not change the default behavior.

Scold the admins, not the users (who have no control). Laying jargon and technical discussion on somebody that obviously does not understand what is happening to his/her email is a waste.
