This is something that Postini offers. It allows the customer to select different categories and could be a great way for business users to make sure less legit business email doesn't get tagged as Spam while allowing residential/personal email to block $$ type emails since they would more likely be Spam. This could allow SA to be customized for a wider variety of end users rather than using a "one size fitzall" approach. Right now I find that some business users turn off SA because it sometimes tags legit messages so since a missed message could mean lost money for them they would rather wade thru the Spam so as not to miss the few legit ones. Residential users are typically more happy with SA. Granted if the business customers took the time to tweak it using whitelists and such then it would work better for them but they are busy and don't wan't to fool with it so they turn it off. Also some people only care about blocking Porn and want everything else or vice versa. Etc... You can see how this functionality could help improve SA's "fit" to a larger body of users. My users currently use a web interface to set/change their SA settings so it would be easy to add some categories for them to pick. So if anyone else thinks this would be useful what other categories are there?
