I've heard this argument more times than I care to. Hormel has no problem with UCE being called spam, they do however think people *should* use it in lower case letters though. Just read the following: http://www.spam.com/ci/ci_in.htm
Anyhow, it's the differance between using capital letters and lowercase letters, who in the hell would file a grievance over something so mundane only to cause "more" bad press for themselves? Personally I think the company gets a kick out of it, really.... how many of you people have gone to their site just because of UCE and not because of any interest in their product? All this means to them is more traffic, and don't think they don't notice it. * Daniel Rogers ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) wrote: > From: Daniel Rogers <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: [SAtalk] s/SPAM/spam/ it seems > Date: Mon, 8 Jul 2002 09:51:18 -0700 > > On Mon, Jul 08, 2002 at 12:43:49PM -0400, Vivek Khera wrote: > > Is Hormel in the computer business?
