If you have razor installed then spamassassin will automatically
detect that and use it. If it is not installed then it won't. So in
answer to your question the way to use razor is to install it and then
let spamassassin automatically detect it and use it. You really don't
need to do anything special beyond installing it.

As to how to install it there are basically three ways.

1. The easiest way is on a Debian system with 'apt-get install razor'.
But if you were on Debian you already knew that so I assume not.

2. Next would be to install one of the rpm packages for razor. Those
are also very easy to install. But I don't have a pointer to them
handy. That is what www.rpmfind.net is good for. Note that I have
not tried this and can't vouch for these working but I assume so.

3. And then there would be to download the source package from
sourceforge.net and do the manual installation. Which I have done
and is also quite simple and direct. Just follow the directions as
   you go.

After installing it then you can run spamassassin -D -t on a message
and see the verbose trace output which will show you that the mail is
running through razor.
