Based on processing about 40,000 business emails (my processing set - a live feed of some of our 7 million emails a day), the rule gets triggered on spams a fair bit, and doesn't appear to negatively affect the results to any huge extent (i.e. it's not causing false positives for me - they get caused by other things).
