Then let's just start faking those in our spam, so they'll get past SA.

The correct solution is to fix your auto-responder.  Any autoresponder
should throttle it's replies to a given address over a given time
period.  Anything else *will* result in auto-responder wars ensuing.
Trust me, I've been there at least twice.  It ain't pretty when the
two systems have 10+ Mbit pipes to the internet.
