What I do is block at the SMTP connection level any mail with an SMTP
from address of @yahoo.com @aol.com @msn.com or @hotmail.com and the
sending server does not have a corresponding DNS entry for that domain
(hotmail and msn are allowed from each other, too).  This blocks an
ungodly number of spams, and only rejects ligitimate mail when one of
your users uses a forwarding service that has friends who send from the
free mail services.
