I think you should be able to rerun "make test" in your SA distro. There
are Razor tests that will be skipped if Razor isn't installed. To make sure
Razor is used, make sure SA or spamd are run without the -L flag. You
should see some messages identified as spam that say something like "listed
in Razor" as one of the hits.
