I've just recently setup SA for an ISP customer of mine and crazily enough they are getting complaints from their customers that want the spam to be tagged but they also want to be able to look at it. The problem is with crazy HTML spam and Base64 encoded stuff. When the SA info is prepended to the message mail clients don't render the message anymore. Has there ever been consideration of making the original message body a MIME part of the message where the SA comments are the main body? This way in most MUAs the user could double click on the attached message to view it and the MUA would render it correctly.
