Even if there isn't a machine with an "A" record for khera.org, there
must be one with an MX record for it or mail can't be delivered to it:

khera.org preference = 0, mail exchanger = kci.kciLink.com
khera.org nameserver = kci.kciLink.com
khera.org nameserver = noetroll.imrockies.net
kci.kciLink.com internet address = 206.112.95.6

So, for email purposes, 206.112.95.6 is the IP address assigned to your
domain.

I actually don't know which RFC Craig might be referring to. SA's rules
only check certain frequently-abused domains for forgery, and yahoo.com
happens to be one of them.
