I don't know what SA is actually doing, but the right thing would be to skip any received fields that are identifiably from your own machine or your own ISP (which means telling SA what your ISP is, somehow, so I suppose it's not doing that) and then RBL- or DUL-lookup the IP from the very next received field *only*.
