The one I see a lot that gives me the Publisher's
Clearing House customized warm fuzzy is a customized
subject. I've never seen a customized dear that I can
remember. I see a lot of subjects like:
Hello, kerry_nice, get your free porn here

I wouldn't be sure how to write something like that,
maybe have a configuration file that I could put
different email address in to check for in subjects,
so I would have kerry_nice, bluemoses4 and so on in
that file and it that comes up in the subject, I know
it isn't anybody I would know sending me this and ding
the email a few points for that.

Also, is there a rule to check for parts of the header
ending up in the body of the message. It seems like
there is one bulk mailer that does this, seemingly a
partially broken one. So, messages end up like (also
the message ID is pretty distinctive):

Received: blah
<more header stuff>
X-UID: 57
