Well, I really don#t know if that'd be a good idea... Maybe spam-catching 
rules catching non-spam should simple be considered buggy or at least not 
fully functional and IMHO should be improved or removed.

Too many rules scoring negative will probably make it quite simple to design 
spam that simply avoids SA...
