Exim does RBL checks on the connecting host only - there are no
facilities at present to do additional RBL checks on the received
headers, and this is not likely to change with exim 4.

Exim can test multiple RBL sources, and can handle different reply types
from each, however the actions exim can perform if there are matches are
reject, ignore or add a header.  The header contains the text record
information.  This would mean that at present exim is not capable of
passing the full RBL data down to spamassassin.

[I stopped running RBL at the MTA level a while back as things break
quickly when people do strange things.... like ORBS]
