Spam is unsolicited commercial email, not "junk mail". I get plenty of junk
mail but it's not spam.

Because it's a slippery slope. SA is a heuristic spam engine. While we could
stop "specific" spams we don't tend to, as they change so often. However
heuristically stopping viruses is a whole other problem. It's actually in
many cases technically easier (I'll talk about this at this year's Open
Source Conference if you're interested), but it's a totally different
ballgame, and requires some really quite deep technology.
