Hi Mike - I bought the Equate saline nasal spray at Walmart, popped the top, poured it out, washed it with CS and a baby nipple brush, and then filled it with CS. I have to spray rather often becuase it runs down my throat (I can't seem to get the hang of closing my throat when I do this). You might be able to get an empty nose spray bottle at a health food store?
