Beats junk food and once you heat them, a nice thick layer of oil/ghee/whatever forms on the top (probably used for preservation before vaccum packing since they say they don't add preservatives) which you can conveniently remove. Have these with whole wheat/multi grain bread and its not a bad meal at all. Kiran
