It may not be perfect, we may not have the source code for the image, but
if the alternative is for the image to become a 404 at imgur, I've simply
uploaded it to the wiki.
Feel free to upload better versions, source version, submit a code review
for inclusion in the svn repo, etc :-)

Thanks Ali,
My day to day work doesn't include much Java, but I have harbored an
interest in OSGi for quite some time.
Is there any other interest out there in identifying a subcomponent of the
current implementation that might work as a bundle? If there's
any curiosity at all, I'll take a stab a
Ryan,
Having never used OSGi Event Admin in a project, I can't speak for certain.
A quick Google to see its use suggests the pub/sub model behind them
both is the same, so you could say that it is similar.

Hi Ali,
Without advocating for anything, do you think WaveBus is at all similar to
OSGi Event Admin? Just being curious...

I wish. Sadly, not. :'(
I seem to remember this being mentioned somewhere long ago...

Ali, do you have an access to internal GWave implementation? :O

Yes.
Originally, the WaveBus was how GWave components was split between
different machines, so had an ethernet-backed implementation and made
a lot more sense than it does currently.
Now, it is simply a convenient abstraction to inform modules of
WaveletUpdate and WaveletCommits around the whole
My understanding is that the Robots API is exposed externally, but
WaveBus is an internal interface.

Thanks for the diagram, Dave, it helps me to visualize Wave's components.
How much is the "wave bus" a reality as opposed to a potential division in
programming? That is, in terms of how one binds/opens the bus, does it
really function as an API.

Apparently yes:
http://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/14710/is-there-a-way-to-get-an-embed-link-for-a-google-drawing
Rather than hosted externally, I wonder if the source for such
documentation would be better hosted (and owned) by the Apache project
though - maybe alongside the other docs
As an alternative, do Google Drawings support embedding?

Sure - What tool would you suggest Yuri? I just used what was to hand -
OO Draw - but can upload the source somewhere?
For my education, what are the inaccuracies?

Although I haven't tested it myself, there is a mindmap gadget in Rizzoma
(separate from the mindmap view). If that could be used to build this diagram
then Rizzoma already supports anonymous access of public topics, and can be
embedded in an octane, perhaps in the wiki?

It's not totally accurate IMHO. I would prefer some kind of mind map that
can be edited and improved over time.

I don't know the accuracy of the image, but I vote for its inclusion in the
wiki.
