I'll prefer to host this in the doc folder of our code rather than use external tools and/or proprietary tools. Openoffice is ok for me, SVG via inkscape or also other free/open/libre possibilities like dia. Talking about documentation and diagrams, it will be nice to include ascii diagrams in the java code. I don't now which tool used the Google team in the past to do this (see Blip.css for an example), but I use asciio: http://search.cpan.org/dist/App-Asciio/lib/App/Asciio.pm and ditta if I need an image from the ascii chart: http://ditaa.sourceforge.net/ Good job Dave.
