I'm trying to make a custom OOT block for rfnoc4.
I already went through the synthesis of the stock rfnoc firmware, as well as
the gain example: all works well on my x300.
I added some custom logic in the gain example's verilog and I am quite
satisfied with the results.

I figured out the flash issue! It was related to the power switch
issue. There are four screws that go into the top and bottom of the front
panel of the chassis. Two from the bottom, two from the top. One of the
screws in the bottom was either too long, or not supposed to be there
