Dear Sir/Madam
I have been using Open Office for several years now, and never had any
problems. Today however, over the last 6 hours, when I want to open an e-mail
attachment I receive the message stated as Subject of this mail, followed by
the message that Windows is trying to solve the prob
Dear friends!
I was just about to download Open Office in Italian but I thought I d write
to ask you if this programme carry inside a Mail Programme, like Microsoft
Outlook.

Hello, I am using OpenOffice on a Macbook to write my dissertation. Two
concerns: I would like to include sound files, but when I have tried using the
insert menu, I get a message saying this file type is not supported. I have

Those do not support MAPI and are not compatible with Outlook.

Plus outlook is a client, exchange is the server.
Clients are not meant to be compatible.

Further to the message below, I would mention that the problem only occurs
whilst trying to open Microsoft Word Documents. Adobe pdf file attachments are
opened without any problem.

At least one organization offers password removal/decryptio
Which operating system are you under, windows is a highly unstable
operating system as a 15 years linux user. OOo/AOO has only crash on
me around 5 times.
