Further to the message below, I would mention that the problem only occurs whilst trying to open Microsoft Word Documents. Adobe pdf file attachments are opened without any problem. Looking forward to and thanking you for your speedy response. O. K r e n z e r

Today however, over the last 6 hours, when I want to open an e-mail attachment I receive the message stated as Subject of this mail, followed by the message that Windows is trying to solve the problem, and to try again later.
