Dear Sir/Madam I have been using Open Office for several years now, and never had any problems. Today however, over the last 6 hours, when I want to open an e-mail attachment I receive the message stated as Subject of this mail, followed by the message that Windows is trying to solve the problem, and to try again later. This I have done umpteen times, but without success.
Please advise how to overcome this. Thank you O. K r e n z e r
