Can anyone else confirm problems with selecting text (etc) using the
mouse after updating to the latest Kernel for F16? Whenever I try, it
will "drop" my selection (and start over somewhere else) when I try to
highlight something. It is extremely annoying since it makes

Hello,
When I plug my camera on the usb port it is recognized on bus 006
but the device is incremented every time. Hence, every time I need to
make a chmod a+w /dev/bus/usb/006/0xx to let a user read the pictures.
How can I fix this more elegantly?
Thank.

Is this list still alive?
I am trying to find out why was --bytes-per-inode option for

Does anyone know? (it was removed since Fedora 14)

Greetings,
A long time ago I setup a Linux machine as a Gateway/LAN Server using

I used the following HOWTO as the guide - DSL HOWTO For Linux:

Is there something comprable for Verizon FIOS?
My Gateway machine runs Fedora.

Can system-config-users be made to use ldapi (i.e., a socket connection
to an LDAP server)?
According to "man 5 libuser.conf", libuser can do this; but I haven't
been able to convince system-config-users. It asks for a SASL user on
startup (which shouldn't be applicable, as I understand it).
