Hi all,
it looks like Digikam has some problems in Fedora 16. If you try to
make Digikam create a new DB in MySQL (or to migrate an old one to
MySQL) you get an error like "cannot create tables in the database".
It looks like this one is a Fedora rel

and including the "." at the end, as mentioned in my original post). You should
be able to just copy the 3 lines
